New Homes

Everybody deserves an affordable home.

You deserve an exceptional career.

London is one of the most exciting and vibrant cities on the planet. It’s also one of the most expensive, with a shortage of affordable homes across every borough. We want to change that. Southwark Council’s housing development programme is the most ambitious in the city: we’ve already achieved a milestone of 2,500 new homes by 2022 – and that’s just the beginning.

You can be part of the solution and enjoy an exceptional career as you transform residents’ futures.

Right now, we’re consolidating our housing delivery function from Regeneration and New Homes into a single entity with a single-minded focus: Southwark Construction. So you’ll be joining an exciting new organisation from the very beginning – a place where you can demonstrate your mettle, make your mark and take your career wherever you want to go.

This isn’t just the challenge of a lifetime. It’s the chance to do something life-changing.
